Why do I feel week on a high protein diet? Most people just think of eating protein on a low carb high protein diet. They usually don’t think of eating much fat in their diet. I think they are afraid of fats. The diet really is a high fat, medium protein, low carb diet. If you read my page on the low carb, high protein diet you will see that it is 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbohydrates.
